Today was an amazing roller coaster ride
I have some stuff I have prepared ,not ready to show
But
Well ,today I kind of dug deep into my heart and poured it out a little
Realised why I love running so much
More than the time when I entered small little leagues .

While sweat and tears mixed ,
Nobody would say anything
I am in need of no sympathy ,
Give me sometime ,I 'll be back on my feet

I had to address some bugging issue
Something that was on going but so hard to tell
Not something any family would be proud of
Little disputes that put me off

Growing much this year is my rage
Eminem taught me too well to vent it with my gap
I said things that I was not sorry for
It made perfect sense but something was estranged

Would I fix them ,I 'll heck it anyway ,but I know ,it will hurt again someday
Chip of the old blocks ,complete look alike .
I'll see how it goes ,I dont have much time .
If something can be kept ,dragged on ,leave it then .
